# Privacy Policy - EASYBaby
Effective date: April 20, 2026
This policy explains how **EASYBaby** ("app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects data when you use the app.
## 1. Scope
This policy applies to EASYBaby on iOS and Android (package/bundle id: `vn.anhdk.easyforbaby.EASYForKids`).
## 2. Data We Process
### 2.1 Data you enter in the app (stored locally on your device)
- Baby profile: name, gender, date of birth, due date, avatar image.
- Tracking data: feeding, sleep, diaper, pumping, nursing, physical metrics, vaccination schedule/status, reminders.
- Internal app settings.
This data is primarily stored in local app storage (SharedPreferences) and the app documents directory (for example avatar files). We do not require user account creation for core features.
### 2.2 Technical/analytics data (third-party services)
The app may use:
- **Firebase Analytics**: app usage events (for example app opens, screens/events).
- **Firebase Crashlytics**: crash/error reports, stack traces, and related technical diagnostics.
- **Firebase Remote Config**: remote configuration delivery (for example required-update version config).
- **Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)**: ad serving and related ad delivery/management signals.
These services may process IP address, device/advertising identifiers, app/device information, and diagnostics under Google's policies.
## 3. System Permissions and Purpose
- **Photo library**: lets you choose a baby avatar.
- **Notifications**: lets the app schedule care/tracking reminders.
- **Ad tracking (ATT on iOS)**: the app requests tracking permission through iOS ATT; you can decline.
If you do not grant certain permissions, related features may not work fully.
## 4. Advertising and ATT (iOS)
On iOS, when applicable, the app shows the **App Tracking Transparency (ATT)** prompt to request permission for personalized advertising. If you decline, the app still works and may show non-personalized ads.
You can change privacy choices in:
- iOS/Android system settings.
- In-app ad privacy options (when available by region/SDK).
## 5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share necessary data with technical service providers listed in Section 2.2 (Google/Firebase/AdMob) to operate the app, analyze performance, diagnose errors, and provide ads.
## 6. External Links
The app may open external links (for example Facebook/Messenger, App Store/Google Play). Once you leave the app, data processing is governed by those third parties' own policies.
## 7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Tracking and baby profile data you enter is stored locally on your device until you edit/delete it or uninstall the app.
- Analytics/diagnostic data collected by third-party services is retained under their own retention policies.
## 8. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures to reduce unauthorized access risk. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.
## 9. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law in your region, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete data in the app.
- Withdraw consent for tracking/personalized advertising.
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
You can exercise these through app settings, device settings, or by contacting us.
## 10. Children's Privacy
EASYBaby is a tool for parents/caregivers. We do not intentionally collect personal data directly from children under applicable law.
## 11. International Data Transfers
Because third-party infrastructure is used (for example Google), technical data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, subject to those providers' compliance mechanisms.
## 12. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on the app website/information page with a new effective date.
